Job Description: Inside Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote the agency's performance marketing services (e.g., Paid ads & Digital marketing).
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and marketing goals and effectively communicate how the agency's solutions can add value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and do timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly
Sales Targets
and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure client onboarding and campaign execution after sales closure.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and performance marketing best practices to provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback to senior management on client needs, market conditions, and potential product improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about digital marketing and sales.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in performance marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta ads, and Whatsapp Retention Marketing.
- Ability to handle multiple prospects conversations and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting
Sales Targets

- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory;
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
