Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, process orders, manage sales invoices, and maintain accurate sales records and filing systems.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain customer databases.
- Sales Operations: Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Gather sales data and prepare reports for sales managers to help track progress and identify trends.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, to ensure all efforts are aligned.
- Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of customer orders.
Preferred candidate profile
An MIS (Management Information System) Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating and analyzing sales reports to help management make data-driven decisions, while also supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
