As a procurement associate at IG Drones, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our procurement department. Your expertise in procurement, vendor negotiation, vendor management, ERP systems, contract management, auditing, financial analysis, GST, budget management, and cost control will be instrumental in helping us source the best suppliers and materials for our cutting-edge drone technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, analyze spending patterns, and streamline procurement processes.
  • Oversee contract management processes to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Perform financial analysis to monitor budget spending and forecast future procurement needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on GST regulations and ensure compliance in all procurement transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
