Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Reel Editing & Posting (2-3 times/week):

  2. Edit and enhance video content using Canva or similar tools to create engaging and brand-aligned Instagram Reels.

  3. Ensure timely and consistent posting of Reels to maintain audience engagement and visibility.

  4. Optimize content using appropriate music, captions, hashtags, and transitions

  5. Instagram Story Management & Engagement:

  6. Create and post engaging Instagram Stories on a regular basis, including updates, behind-the-scenes content, polls, Q&As, and more.

  7. Monitor engagement and respond to follower interactions to build community and maintain a strong online presence.

  8. Propose and implement creative story ideas to boost visibility and audience interaction.

  9. Trend Research & Content Ideation:

  10. Stay up to date with the latest Instagram trends, reels formats, and audio to ensure content is timely and relevant.

  11. Conduct competitor and market research to identify successful content strategies.
  12. Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for reels and campaigns aimed at increasing reach and attracting potential clients.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

  • Should be comfortable using tools like Canva and Inshot for basic video editing tasks such as trimming clips, adding text overlays, transitions, music, and visual effects.
  • Must be able to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and tone.
  • Must have a good command of English, especially in writing and captioning content for Instagram posts and stories.
  • Should be creative and proactive in suggesting catchy hooks, engaging POVs (point of views), and fresh content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Should be someone who takes initiative and is good at following up especially when it comes to coordinating with the founder/team to collect raw video content or assets on time.
  • Must be organized and reliable, ensuring deadlines are met without the need for constant reminders.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 18 per week
