Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Intern who is genuinely eager to learn and understand how Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads work in real-world campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who already has a basic understanding of digital marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing with live clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research for various industries.
  • Help in tracking campaign performance and analyzing reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies and visuals.
  • Monitor daily budgets, impressions, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Learn campaign scaling, retargeting, and performance improvement techniques.
  • Support the team in preparing monthly campaign performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in digital marketing (internship or full-time).
  • Basic understanding of Meta Business Manager & Google Ads dashboard.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Passionate about paid ads and eager to learn how to drive ROI-based campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
