**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and enhance video content for **social media, websites, and marketing campaigns**.
- Trim footage, add transitions, effects, sound, and text overlays to create **engaging and high-quality videos**.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to align videos with brand messaging and strategies.
- Assist in brainstorming **new video ideas and formats**.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (**YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.**).
- Stay updated with the **latest video editing trends and techniques**.
- Guide team in producing good content

**Requirements**:

- ** Proficiency in video editing software** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
- Understanding of **video formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions** for various platforms.
- Ability to **transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos**.
- ** Fluent in English** (as the content is in English).
- ** Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills**.
- Strong **communication skills** and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in video editing (**personal projects, coursework, or freelance work acceptable**).

**Preferred**
- Knowledge in digital **marketing and Branding**:

- Knowledge of **motion graphics, animation (VN, Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar tools)**.
- Basic understanding of **marketing and social media trends**.
- Experience in **color correction, audio mixing, and scriptwriting**.
