Requirements
  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Assist in crafting creative social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Content Creation: Help design graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting aligned with Acowale's brand identity.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to bring innovative content ideas to the team.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and spark authentic conversations.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content scheduling, and reporting performance metrics.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track post performance, analyze insights, and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Learning & Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product teamsto understand campaign strategy and branding.

What You Bring

  • Passion for marketing, social media, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
  • Basic skills in graphic or video design/editing tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team-player mindset.
