Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Bhopal. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring call center activities, providing support and guidance to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and protocols. The Team Leader will also be involved in training and development of team members, setting performance targets, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in BPO-BPM services, contact centers, and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement
  • Proficiency in IT solutions and operational management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of security management and HR operations is a plus
  • Relevant experience in the Telecom, E-Governance, Infrastructure, or E-Commerce sectors
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
