HR Apprentice Roles & Responsibilities
Objective:
To assist the HR team in executing core functions while gaining practical exposure to HR operations, analytics, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination
Support resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Employee Data Management
Maintain accurate records in HR databases and assist with documentation.Onboarding & Exit Formalities
Help organize induction programs and manage exit documentation.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR reports using Excel (e.g., attrition, attendance, leave trends) and assist in data-driven decision-making.Communication & Engagement
Draft internal HR communications and support employee engagement initiatives.Training & Development Support
Coordinate training logistics and track participation and feedback.
Requirements
Qualification Details
Education MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manage reports Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills
