About the Role:

At Vichithram, the Studio Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a harmonious and efficient workspace for our team. This role is all about ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio run smoothly while fostering an environment where creativity thrives. Based in Bangalore, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, supporting both people and processes in our vibrant design studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Operations Management:

  • Ensure the studio is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service appointments.
  • Monitor and replenish studio supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and other essentials.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment by overseeing studio decor and upkeep.

Team Support:

  • Assist team members with day-to-day needs, including setting up meeting rooms or troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, events, and workshops by ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Provide hospitality to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Inventory and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain records of studio inventory and track usage.
  • Ensure timely reordering of supplies and monitor expenses related to studio operations.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between various departments, vendors, and external service providers.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and appointments with external parties.

Problem Solving and Initiative:

  • Identify and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Take proactive steps to anticipate and resolve potential challenges in the studio environment.
