At Vichithram Studio, we don’t just design, we tell stories. For 8 years, we’ve partnered with brands across wellness, lifestyle, finance, tech, and beyond to craft brand identities, websites, packaging, and campaigns.


The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead projects and shape the backbone of our studio operations. You’ll not only manage end-to-end delivery of client projects but also design and implement systems and processes that keep the studio running efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and structure, empowering our team to focus on what they do best: creating impactful work.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects from brief to delivery.
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable tasks, timelines, and workflows.
  • Design, implement, and optimize systems and processes for project and studio operations.
  • Support the smooth functioning of the studio by coordinating team processes, meetings, and workflows.
  • Anticipate challenges, propose improvements, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Use tools like ClickUp (or Asana/Trello) to structure workflows, reporting, and accountability.
  • Balance resources, timelines, and quality while upholding our storytelling-driven design philosophy.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing creative/design/marketing projects (agency or studio background preferred).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, design tools, and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and improve systems, SOPs, and processes.
  • Passion for storytelling, design, and supporting creative environments.
