Job Title: Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with __ experience to assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and delivering client projects efficiently. The role requires strong coordination across teams, accurate documentation, and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, reports, and meeting minutes.

Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns proactively.

Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track follow-ups.

Assist in resource allocation and task management using tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Prepare project status updates and reports for senior management review.

Support project-related financial processes, including timesheets, invoicing, and budget tracking as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

___ experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or technology services.

Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
