_**Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role in the renewable energy sector.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Oversee and manage all phases of solar projects, from initial planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct detailed site assessments, coordinate with site teams, and ensure that all site activities comply with project requirements and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and any other required documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues, working closely with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.

- Ability to prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
