Role & responsibilities:

  • Build a culture of ownership and Empowerment
  • Develop, monitor and motivate the team to achieve higher goals
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety standards
  • Ensuring WOM (Warehouse order management) & Inventory management
  • Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods, verifying quantities and quality
  • Maintain 5 S and the LEAN system of the company
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse operations, analyzing data to drive decision-making and operational enhancements

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 8 years of ex[erience in supply chain roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
