Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a leading paper distribution company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell the company's paper products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in paper or related industries will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements.
