Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage training needs of employees through Training Needs Identification (TNI) process.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop behavioral training programs to improve soft skills of employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of corporate training initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to manage online courses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making on training programs.
