Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is fully onsite and requires working during evening hours. The ideal candidate will act as a project manager for clients' projects, manage accounts, and drive business growth by engaging with clients and securing new projects. The candidate must have a strong background in sales, project management, client account handling, scheduling meetings, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and resource alignment. Additionally, the candidate should have experience and understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure, GCP, AWS (preferred), and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Plans (E3, E5, F3)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a project manager for clients' projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Manage client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements and align resources to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Leverage knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS) to offer relevant solutions to clients.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft licenses for business needs.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
  • Minimum 3+years' experience in a project lead role
  • Success working in an Agile/SCRUM environment preferred
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with various teams in the delivery of project/program solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; demonstrated success building buy-in
  • Flexible, adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and responding factually, accurately, quickly to rapidly evolving risks and opportunities
  • Strong bias for action; ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eagerness and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team/program/project and customer goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, project management, and client account handling.
  • Strong skills in scheduling meetings, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and resource alignment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during evening hours (6 PM - 3 AM).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience and understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure, GCP, AWS (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licenses business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
