Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Customer Success & Technical Project Manager
to own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term success. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, can manage onboarding and training, and also has the technical aptitude to lead implementation projects and coordinate with product and engineering teams..

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their ongoing success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and improved adoption.
  • Create and maintain customer documentation, guides, and FAQs.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

Technical Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer-facing technical projects such as Web interactive, Immersive experience, AMC projects
  • Translate client requirements into project scopes and timelines.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for technical projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in collaboration with support or engineering teams.
  • Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular, Javascript, Java, Type script, Spring boot, hibernet, Mysql DB and MongoDB and basic knowledge of unity and unreal engine.

Qualifications:

· years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar roles in a tech/SaaS environment.

·       Strong understanding of onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and client engagement strategies.

·       Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Redmine, Jira, Trello).

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Technical aptitude and ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly language.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support).

  • Technical background or experience working closely with development teams is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in DevOps, QA, or Product Management.
  • Experience in [healthcare, Service industry).
