Technical Project Manager
- Role Summary: As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex engineering and digital transformation projects with full ownership from initiation to delivery. This role requires technical knowledge, involvement in solution architecture, and participation in presales. Projects are across Cloud, Data Analytics, AI-ML, IIoT, and Mobility, with multiple teams of 5-10 members each.
- You will collaborate closely with technical stakeholders and client teams to ensure technically sound, scalable, and value driven solutions.
- You'll work with Engineering, Presales, and Client Engagement teams to ensure seamless executionfrom technical estimation, scope planning, sprint reviews to architecture validation and stakeholder communication.
- Project Management & Value Delivery
- Youll lead end-to-end technical project executionfrom presales solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture reviews to sprint planning and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction (CSAT). Youll work closely with tech leads, architects, and business teams to align solutions with business goals.
- As a project owner, you will own the timelines, drive project deliverables with zero rework, higher quality, and faster velocity than planned, while proactively managing technical risks and ensuring scalable execution.
- Presales & Solutioning
- Youll support presales activities, including understanding client problem statements, working on solutions with stakeholders and preparing proposals and estimates.
- Youll also support technical presentations, RFP responses, and PoC planning. People Management.
- You will lead delivery teams, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and client expectations.
- Your role will involve defining clear responsibilities, coaching team members, driving performance, and continuous learning. Youll also support the Business Unit in identifying talent gaps, participating in hiring, and enabling technical skill development within the team
What You Should Bring
- Any Engineering degree/ MBA degree with 10+ years of experience, including 2+ years of experience as a Project Owner
- Hands-on experience working with software engineering teams (Cloud, .NET/Java, Data, DevOps, etc.)
- Fair understanding of Digital Technologies (incl Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IIoT)
- Strong experience in estimation, architecture discussions, and technical proposals
- Ability to liaise with technical and business stakeholders, aligning project delivery to business outcomes
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery, sprint governance, and delivery KPIs
- Who Should Apply
- You currently act as the single point of contact for customers, leading digital transformation projects aligned with their roadmap and priorities
- You have successfully managed at least one ground-up, greenfield development project as a Project Manager
- Your role involves active participation in presales activities such as solutioning, effort estimation, proposal creation, or client workshops
- You have a solid understanding of digital technologies (including Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, and IIoT along with prior hands-on experience in software development or architecture
