Process Insights Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Process Insights Reporting Specialist to work closely with our Process Insights Lead, CI (Continuous Improvement), and BPI (Business Process Improvement) teams. This role is central to enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting process optimization, and reporting on value-add outcomes across Finance Operations. We want you to help transforming data into actionable process insights.

Key Responsibilities

Process Insights & Reporting

• Partner with the Process Insights Lead and CI/BPI teams to design, develop, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights into Finance Operations processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, supporting RCA activities and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visualization tools to communicate process performance, quality, and efficiency metrics to stakeholders.

Value-Add Outcome Tracking

• Collaborate with functional experts to define, measure, and report on the impact of CI and process optimization projects.
• Track KPIs, benefits realization, and progress against improvement targets, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Lessons Learned & Knowledge Management

• Support the facilitation and documentation of lessons learned sessions, capturing actionable insights and sharing them across teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and improvement actions in the central Knowledge Hub.

Automation & Data Transformation

• Lead or support automation initiatives focused on data sourcing, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with IT and automation teams to deliver successful reporting and analytics solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations effectively to Finance Operations leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support change management and training activities to drive adoption of new reporting tools and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and automation, preferably within a finance operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA/Macros), SQL, SAP Reporting, Power Query, Power BI (DAX), and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, data quality, and data integrity.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to data analytics, data science concepts, and generative AI is a plus.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

• Experience supporting process improvement, RCA, and transformation projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CI, BPI, and process insights teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to convey complex insights in a clear, actionable manner.
