Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About Star Estate:
Star Estate is a fast-growing real estate company. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns to generate quality leads and support our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns to achieve better CPL and ROI
- Work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts
- Track and manage monthly marketing budgets up to 1 crore
- Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Keep up with digital marketing and real estate trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience managing real estate campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Expertise in lead funnels, conversion strategies, and performance optimization
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
