Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Marketing to lead our 360-degree marketing initiatives for few of our projects in the Chennai market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in any customer-centric sector,

excelling in brand building, digital strategy, and, most importantly, the successful launch of products and

projects. This role demands a hands-on expertise who can conceptualize and execute

integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales, enhance brand equity, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget for assigned projects in alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Senior Management to ensure seamless strategy execution.

360-Degree Marketing Campaign Management:

• Conceive and implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels: Digital (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content), Print, OOH (Hoardings, Billboards), Radio, TV, and Events.
• Oversee the brand's digital presence, including website content, SEO strategy, and social media engagement, ensuring a consistent and premium brand voice.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

Product Launch Excellence:

• Spearhead the entire marketing lifecycle for new project launches, from pre-launch buzz generation to post-launch campaign management.
• Develop compelling launch narratives, positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs) that resonate with the target audience.
• Plan and execute high-impact launch events (physical and virtual) to generate maximum leads and media coverage.

Brand Management & Communications:

• Safeguard and elevate the Urbanrise brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and premium quality.
• Manage public relations, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations to build positive brand perception.
• Oversee the creation of all marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, videos, and ad creatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data).
• Derive data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies, improve lead quality, and enhance conversion rates.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a full-fledged 360-degree marketing role,
   with at least 
  5-7 years specifically from any customer-centric industry
  .
• A demonstrable portfolio of successfully launched products
   is an added advantage.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong experience in managing large marketing budgets and delivering a measurable ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to senior management.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
