Job Responsibilities

  • Should be Proficient with UDCPR
  • To be a bridge between PM and HO
  • Lead design coordination along with HO
  • Resolve site queries and inform HO
  • Coordinate RFI and RFA between PM and consultant
  • Provide schedule updates to HO
  • Ability to relate approval drawings with construction drawings
  • Excellent filing, organizing skills, and record maintenance
  • Basic operation of MSP / Primavera
  • Experience working with an architect
  • worked with a developer (Thane/Navi Mumbai)
  • Should have worked on site
