**Job Summary**:
The House of Chavan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about architecture and design, looking to build a strong foundation in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and related software.
- Conduct site visits to collect measurements and assist with progress reports.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Work closely with the senior technical team to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and materials.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
