Position Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery at customer sites. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on field experience, and a customer-focused approach to ensure optimal machine performance and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, and alignment of industrial machines at customer locations

Safely handle lifting, positioning, and leveling of machines using hydraulic jacks and appropriate tools

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted machine operation

Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site troubleshooting and repairs

Prepare detailed service reports, feedback documentation, and job completion records

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols

Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams for complex service requirements

Maintain professional communication with customers and provide technical guidance when required

Educational Qualifications

Undergraduate: Any Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
