Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Identification and Assessment:

  2. Identify and assess potential risks to the organization, including credit, market, operational, and regulatory risks.

  3. Develop and maintain risk registers and heat maps.

  4. Risk Mitigation and Control:

  5. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.

  7. Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management:

  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as RBI, SEBI, and other applicable laws and regulations.

  9. Identify and assess regulatory risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  10. Risk Monitoring and Reporting:

  11. Monitor and report on risk exposures, including risk metrics and key risk indicators.

  12. Provide regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.

  13. Risk Governance and Framework:

  14. Develop and maintain the organization's risk management framework and policies.

  15. Ensure that risk management practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:

  2. Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  3. Professional certifications, such as FRM, PRM, or CFA, are desirable.

  4. Experience:

  5. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a Fintech company or a similar industry.

  6. Experience in risk modeling, stress testing, and scenario analysis is desirable.

  7. Skills:

  8. Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and frameworks.

  9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
