We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior R&D / QA / QC Executive for our lubricant manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lubricant formulation, quality assurance, and quality control, with hands-on lab experience and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead R&D efforts for new lubricant product development and formulation improvement.
  • Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (BIS, ASTM, ISO, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and marketing teams for product and process improvements.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricant industry R&D / QA / QC.
  • Sound knowledge of lubricant formulation, additive chemistry, and testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with lab instruments like viscometers, flash point testers, FTIR, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
