Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic eLearning Developer to join our learning solutions team. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360. The role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, learner engagement techniques, and eLearning best practices to transform static content into interactive, impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and other authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers to translate storyboards and scripts into compelling learning experiences.
  • Implement effective instructional and visual design strategies that enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Create animations, interactions, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
  • Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules for functionality, usability, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/Section 508) and SCORM/xAPI compatibility for LMS integration.
  • Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging eLearning tools, trends, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of proven experience in developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working with SCORM/xAPI and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with audio/video editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Camtasia, Vyond, or Synthesia) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design, interactivity, and learner engagement.
