Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing financial performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain standards.
  • Prepare reports on revenue, occupancy, and operational performance.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to attract more guests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, PMS, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing hotels in Karnataka or South India region.
  • Familiarity with local tourism market and guest trends.
  • Multilingual abilities (English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred).

Salary:

Competitive – based on experience and qualifications.

(Include range if known, e.g. ₹20,000 – ₹70,000 per month)
