About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing machine installation, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting for our premium customer base across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical and electrical acumen, a service-oriented attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of machines at new customer sites

Preventive maintenance and servicing at existing sites

On-site troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical issues

Travelling PAN India for service and technical support

What We're Looking For:

  • ITI / Diploma / Technical certification (Mechanical / Electrical)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
  • Excellent customer-handling and communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset and willingness to travel
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
