Qualification - BE / Diploma - MEC / AUTO - full time no part time or 2 years diploma only 3 yrs diploma considered

Years of exp : 3 to 7 yrs

Age max : 32 yrs

Location : pune

Must have experience in HCV or PV segment service .

Role Includes:

Collects Product feedback (existing products, new products and competitor products) through dealer and end user visits and report the status.  Investigates Field Complaints reported and resolves the problems.

Promotes our Product through campaigns and meets in order to ensure awareness and acceptability by the mechanics

Provides training to workshops and mechanics on our products, serviceability, best practices in order to ensure our product is handled and serviced as per the recommendations.

Conducts product Trial fitment and performance study in order to provide the field performance feedback to the organization.

Interacts with the Regional and Area offices of Vehicle manufacturers in order to obtain market information and avail their support to successful promotion of our products.
