Urgent Hiring – Project Head (Interior Design Execution)
About the Role:

We are urgently hiring a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Head to lead and manage the execution of premium interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in interior or construction site management, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate multiple sites, teams, and stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all interior projects.
  • Convert design plans into actionable site activities with timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
  • Monitor daily site progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Handle procurement planning and supervise material deliveries and usage.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
  • Lead site teams, assign tasks to supervisors, and manage overall performance.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in interior or construction project management.
  • Deep understanding of materials, BOQs, site drawings, and vendor management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have own vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for site travel.
  • Proficient in tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project tracking systems.
  • Immediate joiners only will be considered.
