Full Stack Technical Head / Technical Project Manager (MERN + AWS)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Technical Head / Project Manager with deep technical expertise in MERN stack and AWS, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable digital products. This role involves technical oversight, project ownership, code optimization, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end architecture and full stack development using MERN stack

- Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices

- Oversee sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication

- Work closely with UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery

- Drive technical strategy and product roadmap with scalability in mind

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize backend and frontend code

- Manage cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and deployment pipelines

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, MongoDB

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

- Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cloud-native architectures

- Experience in project estimation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reporting

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and RESTful APIs

- Ability to perform architectural reviews and technical audits

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience as a tech lead or software architect

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- AWS certifications preferred
