Role & responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities related to vehicle transportation and demo movement across Pan India.
- Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinate with drivers to provide routing guidance and on-ground operational support.
- Ensure timely arrival at demo sites and conduct demonstrations as per schedule.
- Set up and initiate demo machines before each session.
- Organize and keep demo equipment pre- and post-demonstration.
- Maintain accurate, location-wise feedback records after each demo.
- Monitor real-time vehicle locations and coordinate movements to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to transportation laws and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation related to Vehicle and driver activities, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with demo and sales teams to ensure smooth execution at each site.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for demo equipment when required.
Secondary Responsibilities (Office Admin):
- Assist with daily office coordination tasks such as managing inventories, courier handling, and documentation.
- Support the operations team with filing, data entry, and record management.
- Help in scheduling meetings, coordinating vendor visits, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle basic administrative communication and ensure smooth office workflow.
- Assist in managing service vendors (maintenance, housekeeping, etc.) whenever required.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (including ITI, Diploma, or relevant computer course).
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in transport, logistics, driver coordination, or software/hardware support roles, with administrative responsibility.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across locations, Pan India, for more than 20 days in a month.
