Key Responsibilities:Center Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the training center, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning.
  • Manage admissions, fee collection, scheduling, and student/parent queries.
  • Track center performance in terms of admissions, revenue, and student satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for operational updates, marketing initiatives, and compliance checks.

Training & Delivery

  • Conduct training sessions on IT-related subjects (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, Web Development, Hardware & Networking, etc. as per expertise).
  • Design lesson plans, course material, and assessments in alignment with curriculum.
  • Guide and mentor students to enhance their technical knowledge and employability skills.
  • Provide technical support to students and staff within the center.

Business Development & Growth

  • Support in local marketing and promotional activities to increase enrollments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
  • Identify opportunities for new courses or value-added training programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of IT subjects (Programming, Networking, Software Tools, or relevant domain).
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management ability to handle center operations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems, and digital tools.

Preferred Background:

  • Education: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT/CS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in IT training/teaching, with experience in operations or academic management preferred.
