About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Residential Yoga Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our yoga centre. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the owner, guests, and staff while ensuring smooth management of activities, hospitality services, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the owner for planning, reporting, and operational updates.

Manage guest relations, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Supervise and manage center staff including housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.

Handle scheduling of classes, events, and retreats.

Ensure the upkeep and smooth functioning of the center facilities.

Manage administrative tasks.

Update and maintain social media platforms regularly with engaging content.

Handle queries, feedback, and grievances from guests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/retreat/wellness centre).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead & manage staff.

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of social media management.

Preferred Skills:

Background in wellness or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in English and Hindi.
