Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Lead the creation of high-level and detailed technical architectures for integration projects using TIBCO BW 6.x and BWCE. Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to design reusable components, design patterns, and microservices-based solutions, including migration strategies from BW5.x to BW6.x or BWCE.
• Development & Implementation: Hands-on development of integration solutions, including SOAP/RESTful web services, XML/JSON transformations, XSLTs, adapters, and publish-subscribe messaging with TIBCO EMS. Implement security features (e.g., SSL certificates, X509 tokens, web service security) and integrate with databases (Oracle, SQL Server), enterprise applications, and legacy systems.
• Deployment & Operations: Oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GIT, and Kubernetes/Cloud Foundry for containerized deployments. Execute release and deployment management, including root cause analysis, incident resolution, and knowledge transfer to operations teams. Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and monitoring of TIBCO environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD).
• Migration & Modernization: Drive migrations to cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerized BWCE setups. Collaborate on roadmaps for TIBCO suite evolution, including integration with complementary tools like TIBCO BusinessEvents, ActiveSpaces, APIX, and Hawk.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and work with solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Facilitate agile/DevOps practices and provide technical guidance on best practices for error handling, logging, and fault tolerance.
• Innovation & Optimization: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Kafka, microservices, and event-driven architectures) for integration enhancements. Optimize TIBCO applications for mobile/IoT support and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and development, with at least 2+-5+ years focused on TIBCO BW 6.x/BWCE. Proven record of accomplishment in BW5.x to BW6.x migrations and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in TIBCO suite: BusinessWorks 6.x/CE, EMS, Administrator, Adapters, Hawk, BusinessEvents, and API Gateway.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot for microservices, and web services (SOAP/REST, WSDL).
• Hands-on with messaging (JMS/EMS, pub/sub), transformations (XSLT, complex XML schemas), and security protocols.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GIT), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with integration patterns (ESB, microservices, event sourcing) and monitoring tools.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Certifications: TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) in BusinessWorks or TIBCO BWCE
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIBCO Cloud Integration (TCI), FTL (Foresight Transaction Logging), or MDM tools like TIBCO EB
