Senior D365 Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with retail clients to analyze their business processes and objectives, lead or assist in D365 solution implementations, and provide ongoing support. Your deep knowledge of D365 and BC will enable you to customize, configure, and optimize solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:Engage with retail clients to understand their business processes thoroughly and goals, building strong client relationships.Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions customized to align with each client's unique requirements.Customize and configure D365 modules, ensuring they meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.Assist in data migration activities to guarantee a seamless transition to D365, preserving data integrity.Provide comprehensive training and support to end -users and client teams, ensuring efficient utilization of D365 capabilities.Address technical issues promptly, offering timely resolutions to maintain system integrity.Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project details, configurations, and customizations.Collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams, including developers, project managers, and sales professionals, to deliver successful D365 projects.Keep up -to -date with the latest D365 updates, features, and best practices to enhance project outcomes continually. RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or similar).Previous experience in end -to -end D -365 implementations, and retail technology consulting is highly desirable.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB -300 and MB -310, are a plus.Proficiency in D -365 modules, including but not limited to Retail, Sales, and Finance. Familiarity with cloud services is a bonus.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Excellent problem -solving abilities to address client issues and optimize solutions.Ability to adapt to evolving technology and business requirements.A collaborative attitude to work effectively within project teams.Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
