Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aptean F&B Consultant to support the implementation of the Aptean Food & Beverage Foundation and Advanced Manufacturing add-ons in Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Aptean F&B add-on to D365 BC in the fresh produce industry, including farming, wholesale, grading and packaging, international trade, pooling, and grower returns. Key Responsibilities - Lead or support the implementation of Aptean F&B Foundation and Advanced Manufacturing modules within D365 BC. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. - Configure and customize Business Central to meet Customer-specific needs. - Provide guidance on best practices for fresh produce operations. - Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation. Required Experience - 2-3 years experience implementing Aptean Food & Beverage add-ons. - Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional or techno-functional). - Background working with a D365 BC partner, customer-side implementation team, or Aptean professional services. - Familiarity with fresh produce industry processes: farming, grading, packaging, grower returns, etc. - Strong understanding of Business Central architecture and workflows. - Strong understanding of Aptean F&B architecture and workflows Preferred Skills - Deep Understanding of fresh produce industry, and its process flows. E.g Farming, Pooling, Grower returns, manufacturing (grading, packaging/cartonisation/palletisation, lots tracking, flexible/agile production planning, QC. - Experience with international trade and pooling models. - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in remote settings. - Knowledge of integration with other systems or platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, logistics). Contract Details - Duration: 6 to 12 months - Engagement: Part-time (flexible hours) - Location: Offshore (remote) - Start Date: Immediate or negotiable
