Role Description

The
Project Manage
r will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering water treatment and wastewater treatment projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting all quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience years in water treatment industry
  • Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech / relevant field
  • Lead end-to-end project management for water treatment plants, RO systems, ETP/STP/WTP projects.
  • Prepare project execution plans, schedules, BOQs, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, erection, and commissioning teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and contractor activities.
  • Conduct site visits, supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage client communication, progress reviews, billing, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle project cost control, vendor management, purchase follow-ups, and budgeting.
  • Prepare project reports, MIS updates, and maintain project documentation.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure smooth execution.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Water Treatment Process, ETP/STP/WTP, RO/UF systems.
  • Excellent project planning, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrication, piping, civil foundations, and commissioning activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
