Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations

  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and customers

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery

Requirements:

  • MBA / PG / PMP (Project Management Professional)/ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Bachelor of Architecture

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the door automation or construction industry

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

  • Proficient in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience with door automation or similar industries

  • Knowledge of quality management systems.

  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control
