Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce jewellery collections, offers, and services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries politely and provide accurate product information.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the system with high accuracy.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for inquiries, appointments, and purchase confirmations.
  • Perform customer feedback calling to understand their experience and service satisfaction.
  • Schedule store visits and coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments.
  • Maintain a record of daily calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports on customer responses, leads, and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Pleasant, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to enter data accurately.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail (jewellery experience preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
