**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote jewelry products and offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments for in-store visits or sales consultations.
- Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
- Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in jewelry or retail is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in handling customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry products, designs, and trends (training will be provided).
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
- Target-driven, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
