Role & responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for CFS services by identifying and acquiring new clients
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales revenue and volume targets as defined by management.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote CFS services.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
