Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Presentations & Demos: Learn to create and deliver compelling, clear, and tailored PowerPoint presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solution to prospective clients.
  • Client Interaction: Support the sales team by interacting directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and confident manner.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with senior sales engineers and account executives to design and propose technical solutions that align with client needs.
  • RFP & Proposal Support: Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating technical documentation and proposals.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product suite, its technical architecture, and its applications in the market.
  • Sales Support: Act as a trusted technical advisor to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to final close.
  • Market Feedback: Serve as the "ears" of the product team by relaying customer feedback and market trends you learn from client interactions.
