About the Role

We're looking for an E-Commerce Admin to support our marketplace operations across platforms like Temu, eBay, OnBuy, B&Q, Wayfair, and Mirakl-based platforms. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — who can manage product listings, inventory updates, order coordination, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with the E-Commerce Executive and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities Product Listings & Catalogue Management

·      Upload, update, and maintain accurate product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).

·      Ensure listings are SEO-optimized and compliant with each platform's policies.

·      Support in updating promotions, discounts, and product tags as per campaign plans.

Inventory & Order Coordination

·      Track and synchronize inventory across platforms, including Mirakl marketplaces, to prevent stock-outs or overselling.

·      Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and order fulfilment.

·      Manage returns, replacements, and other after-sales actions.

Reporting & Data Management

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries.

·      Track KPIs such as sales, returns, fulfilment rate, and customer ratings.

·      Support in analyzing performance trends and identifying improvement areas.

Marketplace & Account Support

·      Monitor account health metrics and escalate potential issues.

·      Assist in resolving policy violations, customer escalations, or account warnings.

·      Maintain communication with marketplace support teams for resolution tracking.

Team & Process Support

·      Coordinate with the marketing, design, and supply chain teams for campaign execution.

·      Maintain documentation of listings, pricing history, and operational procedures.

·      Suggest ideas to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

·      2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace administration.

·      Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Temu, eBay, OnBuy, Wayfair, B&Q, or Mirakl-based platforms.

·      Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning & reporting).

·      Good communication skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

·      Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

·      Familiarity with FMCG / retail e-commerce products.

·      Basic understanding of SEO and online product visibility best practices.

·      Experience managing listings or integrations on Mirakl-powered marketplaces.
