We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager experienced in delivering AI-powered and IoT-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving Product-Market Fit through customer discovery, Lean Startup practices, and agile product development.
This role requires integrating a business strategy with deep domain expertise and emerging technologies to drive OT/IT convergence and maximize customer value.
A Snapshot of your Day
How You'll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)
- Structure the requirement of Omnivise ecosystem on Jira and coordinate with different layers developers to define and establish the interdependencies.
- Define the product backlog for the next 9-12 months on Jira and support the delivery roadmap building for Omnivise ecosystem.
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Solution Train Engineers (STE) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for AI and IoT solutions across industrial automation, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, and sustainability sectors.
- Drive customer discovery processes and apply Lean Startup methodologies to ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, market-ready digital products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as Python, data science, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
What You Bring (required qualification and skill sets)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and IoT solutions.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of control systems, protocols, and process automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, IoT gateways, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and project coordination.
