to join our talent acquisition team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Workday Recruiter
with
a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
in hiring Workday professionals across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, a proven track record of hiring niche technical and functional Workday talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Workday roles across modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Security, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional Workday skills and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with internal hiring managers and project teams to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of Workday consultants (permanent, contract, and project-based).
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Represent Assistnow's employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience recruiting Workday consultants across various modules.
  • Strong understanding of Workday functional and technical roles, certifications, and market trends.
  • Experience hiring for Workday Partner organizations or consulting environments (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet fast-moving deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
