Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition within the IT sector, possessing a strong understanding of various technical skills and job functions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:
    Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing job portals, social media (like LinkedIn), networking events, and an existing talent pipeline to attract qualified IT professionals.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
    Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, effectively communicating complex job requirements to potential hires.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand specific job requirements, define job descriptions, and ensure alignment on talent needs.
  • Optimize Processes:
    Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
  • Ensure Positive Experience:
    Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Stay Informed:
    Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices in IT recruitment, and relevant employment laws to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical talent acquisition role.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, cloud technologies, data science).
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/job boards.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
