Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will handle full-life cycle recruiting, identify and hire top talent, and manage technical recruiting processes. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the entire hiring process. The role emphasizes effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
  • Minimum 2 -3 Maximum years of experience
  • Technical Recruiting expertise
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Proven track record of successful hires in a technical environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
